Be Authentic© is the culmination of a life time's lessons in living, learning, growing and changing and grew out of the need to provide some direction for the questions asked by hundreds of counseling clients over many years -

• Why is it such a struggle to just be myself?
• Why is being who I really am such a difficult journey?

The materials used in teaching Be Authentic© reflect an holistic approach, and offer a very clear pathway for seeking questions and answers to enable the release of our true potential.

As a vehicle for choice and change, we believe that participation in small groups of like-minded people greatly enhances our ability for self awareness.
