You Can Change Your Negative Thinking !

Do you sometimes talk down to yourself, telling yourself that you'll "never be able to make it"?

You can do something about it !

You can change the way you feel and behave by changing the way you think about an event! You can take charge over problems without feeling overwhelmed by learning to perceive things differently!

To learn how to think more positively, enrol in the LifeWorks' KHDA approved course 'Positive Thinking' You can come by yourself, with several friends, or join one of our courses with other students you don't know! Alternatively, we could also deliver the course in your campus.

By enrolling in this course, you will learn to deal more effectively with problems by:

Change negative thinking
  • recognizing your negative inner voice and some of your unhelpful thinking patterns
  • disputing some of your unhelpful, negative thoughts which will help you feel less stressed
  • recognizing common thinking errors and disputing them
  • looking for alternative explanations for a certain situation
  • putting things in perspective
  • problem solving
  • making use of goal directed thinking
  • learning positive coping strategies

    Dr Mona Moussa, PhD

    Personal Development Trainer at LifeWorks

    Mona has a PhD, and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. Mona speaks Arabic and has counselled in Lebanon, Australia, and Qatar. Her cross-cultural experience and deep knowledge of the Middle-Eastern culture allows her to provide a comprehensive approach to dealing with difficulties and challenges. Mona is passionate about reaching out to others to help them grow and reach their fullest potential.

    Mona's work at LifeWorks involves helping women find back their sense of meaning and purpose in life, focus on the present moment, appreciate the small and simple moments in the hectic pace of Dubai life, focus on the connection and the quality of relationships, reconnect with one's self, and achieve inner calm.
