LifeWorks is open every day. Aya and/or Arlene are at reception from 9am - 9 pm each day

Appointment times and days vary for each individual counsellor.

Weekend (Friday and Saturday) appointments are available depending on your counsellor.

If you would like an evening appointment - (between 5 pm and 9pm) or a weekend appointment, please book ahead as soon as possible, as these times fill quickly.
