Meditation Stools are useful to maintain posture while practising meditation or seated mindfulness practices. Many students discover the benefits to their posture and practice when first using our meditation stools during our class sessions.

Another interesting discovery is that the presence of a meditation stool in your home space is a wonderful reminder to sit!

Meditation stools are available for purchase and may be ordered or purchased during your participation in the classes or ordered from our LifeWorks reception team at any time.

All our Meditation stools are handmade locally. The back of the chair folds down for ease when transporting, the fabric is designed for maximum comfort and to blend easily to your surroundings.

The 4 week Mindfulness Practice course is recommended prior to the Meditation course.

Your adrenal glands produce less cortisol, your mind ages at a slower rate, and your immune function improves. Your mind also clears and your creativity increases.     Classes are held over 4 consecutive evenings and all 4 need to be attended to ensure a thorough understanding. Support is available, ongoing and continuous after the classes have ended and includes updates, refreshers and retreat days.
